Allows 100% home compost to be achieved by tackling the elements of organic waste that cannot be put into a traditional compost bin. The Kitchen Waste Composter is an air-tight container. Bokashi, a bran based material that has been prepared with EM (a mixed culture of naturally occurring friendly microorganisms) is added as a compost activator. The food waste then ferments, allowing it to be safely composed.
